Simplified interpretation:

Surat Sad begins with a single letter of the Arabic language, just like 28 Surahs of the Holy Quran that start with individual letters ranging from one to five letters. It is noticeable that in all 29 Surahs the book or the Holy Quran is mentioned whether it is immediately after these letters or it is included in the Surah or even at the end of it. It is a challenge from Allah, Almighty, to the infidels of Quraish, as if Allah says to them this is the book in the letters of the language you speak, but you will not be able to produce the like of it, and He has already challenged them in Aya (88) of Surat Alisraa "Say, if mankind and the Jinn gathered in order to produce the like of this Quran, they could not produce the like of it, even if they were to each other assistants". As for the current Surah it begins with the letter "Sad" or letter S in English followed by "By the Quran of the reminder", and in Aya (29) "A blessed book which We have revealed to You that they may give thought over its verses, and so that those of understanding may remember", but the knowledge of these letters remains with Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

Allah says in the first three verses (1-3) "Sad, by the Quran of the reminder, but those who disbelieve are in arrogance and opposition, how many a generation We have destroyed before them, then they called out when there is no refuge", that is, Allah swears by the Holy Quran which takes possession of the reminder to man to confirm that the infidels of Quraish are in arrogance and false pride from accepting the truth, and they are in opposition towards the Holy Quran, and in enmity towards Allah's Messenger, thereupon, Allah threatens them that He had destroyed many nations before them because of their opposition to their Messengers and their denial of the truth when it came to them from their Lord, but when the punishment came to them, they sought help and turned to Allah when there is no refuge nor a place for escape; because their repentance will not be accepted at that time as Allah has stated in Aya (85) of Surat Ghafir "But their faith did not benefit them when they saw Our punishment, the rule of Allah that has passed among His servants, and there the disbelievers will lose".

Allah says in the next four verses (4-7) "And they wonder that a warner has come to them from among themselves, and the disbelievers said this is a magician, a liar, Has He made the gods one God, indeed, this is a very weird thing, and the leaders among them went forth, that continue and be patient over your gods, indeed, this is an intended thing, we never heard of this in the last religion, indeed, this is nothing but a fabrication", that is, the infidels of Quraish were astonished that Allah has sent a human being like them to warn them of His punishment, and they accused Him with magic and lie, and they were astonished that Muhammad (PBUH) had mad the gods one God for He called them to worship Allah alone and to abandon their gods, but they refused to acknowledge Allah's oneness and they said that is a very strange thing, and their masters and leaders went forth and commanded them to adhere to their religion and to be patient over their gods and not to respond to what Muhammad calls them to of monotheism, and they claimed that Muhammad intended by this thing honor and supremacy over them by having followers from among them, and they said that they have not heard of this, to which Muhammad calls them of monotheism, in the last religion which is Christianity, and if the Holy Quran is true, the Christians would told them about it, so they said this is nothing but a lie invented by Muhammad.

Allah says in the next three verses (8-10) "Has the reminder been revealed to Him from among us, but they are in doubt about My reminder, rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment, Or do they have the treasures of the mercy of Your Lord, the Almighty, the Oft-Giver, Or do they have the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, so let them ascend the ways", that is, the polytheists of Quraish ruled out the revelation of the Holy Quran to Muhammad from among them, and they said as Allah has stated in Aya (31) of Surat Alzukhruf "Why was this Quran not sent down upon a great man from the two villages?", they said that out of their ignorance and doubt that the Holy Quran was revealed to Muhammad, thereupon, Allah threatens them and says that they have not yet tasted His Punishment, where if Allah sent down His punishment upon them, they would realize that what they deny is the truth from their Lord but their faith will not benefit them at that time as shown above. Then Allah asks them as a kind of affirmation "Do they have the treasures of the mercy of Allah", unquestionably, He is the Disposer of All affairs where He bestows upon whom He wills of His creation what He wills of kingdom, authority, and prophecy, and He is the Almighty who takes revenge on those who disobey Him, the Oft-Giver who gives what He wills to whom He wills, so if they have the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, let them ascend through the gates and the roads of the heavens.

Allah says in the next four verses (11-14) "There were a defeated soldiers of the factions, the people of Noah denied before them, and Ad, and Pharaoh the possessor pegs, and Thamud and the people of Lot and the companions of the Aykah, those are the factions, each of them denied the Messengers, so My punishment has come true", that is, the soldiers from the factions of the previous nations were defeated when they denied and opposed their Messengers including the people of Noah, Ad, Pharaoh, Thamud, the people of Lot, and the companions of the Aykah, and they are the people of Madyan to whom the Prophet Shu'ayb, peace be upon Him, was sent. Those are the factions who denied their Messengers, so Allah's punishment has come true upon them, where Allah had drowned the people of Noah in the flood, He destroyed Ad, the people of the Prophet Hud, with a sterile wind, He had took Pharaoh and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, He destroyed Thamud, the people of the Prophet Saleh, by the thunderbolt, He destroyed the people of the Prophet Lot with stones of hard clay, and He destroyed the Aykah, the people of the Prophet Shu'ayb, with the punishment of the day of shadow as mentioned in Surat Alshu'ara' Aya (189).

Allah says in the next two verses (15,16) "And these await nothing but a one shout that will have no returning, and they say, our Lord hasten for us our share before the day of reckoning", that is, the polytheists of Quraish await nothing but the first blowing of the trumpet on the day of resurrection, so whoever is in the heavens, and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills as mentioned in Aya (68) of Surat Alzumar, and then they will have no chance to return to the worldly life, and they asked Allah to hasten the punishment for them in the worldly life before the day of resurrection; because they deny and exclude its occurrence as they said in Aya (32) of Surat Alanfal ''O our Lord! if this is the truth from You, then rain stones from the sky upon us, or bring us a painful punishment".

Allah says in the next four verses (17-20) "Be patient over what they say, and remember Our servant David, the possessor of strength, indeed, He was oft-turning, indeed, We have subjected the mountains with Him, glorifying in the evening and the sunrise, and the birds were assembled, all were oft-turning to Him, and We strengthened His kingdom, and gave him wisdom, and decisive speech", that is, Allah commanded His Messenger to be patient over what the polytheists say of mockery and exclusion of Allah's punishment, then Allah cites the story of the Prophet David (Dawud), where He was a possessor of strength in knowledge, work, and obedience, and He was oft-turning to His Lord where as narrated by Abdullah Bin Amr Bin Al-as: "Allah's Messenger told me, the most beloved prayer to Allah is that of David and the most beloved fasts to Allah are those of David, He used to sleep for half of the night and then pray for one third of the night and again sleep for its sixth part and used to fast one day and break one day". Allah subjected the mountains to glorify with David in the evening and the sunrise, likewise, the birds were assembled in the sky to glorify with Him, and all of them were obedient to Him, and Allah strengthened His kingdom by making it complete from all that kings need, and Allah gave Him the wisdom, prophecy, and decisive speech and judgement.

Allah says in the next six verses (21-26) "And has there come to you the news of the litigants when they climbed over the wall of the sanctuary, when they entered upon David, and He was scared of them, they said not be scared, we are two litigants, one of us has wronged the other, so judge between us with truth, and do not exceed, and guide us to the right path, indeed, this is my brother has ninety-nine ewes, and I have one ewe, so he said entrust her to me, and he overpowered me in speech, He said, indeed, he has wronged you in demanding your ewe to his ewes, and indeed, many partners, some of them oppress another except those who believe and do righteous deeds, and very few they are, and David became certain that We had tried Him, and He asked forgiveness form His Lord, and fell down bowing and turned, So We forgave Him that, and indeed, for Him is nearness with Us, and a good return, O David! Indeed, We have made you a successor upon the earth, so Judge between the people with truth, and do not follow the whim so it will lead You astray from the way of Allah, indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah, for them a severe punishment as they forgot the day of reckoning", that is, Allah cites the story of the Prophet David with two litigants when they climbed over the wall of the sanctuary in which David was without permission, so David was afraid of them, and they said to him Do not fear, we are two litigants, one of us has wronged the other, so judge between us with truth, no to be unjust, and guide us to the right path.

One of them said that his brother has ninety-nine ewes, and he only has one, and he asked him to give her to him to complete the hundred, and he overpowered him in the speech, so David said to Him that the other has wronged him in demanding his ewe to be added to his ewes, and David said to Him that many associates oppress one another except those who believe and do righteous deeds, and very few they are, and then David realized that Allah has tried Him; perhaps because He heard one of them and did not hear the other, so He asked forgiveness form His Lord, and fell down bowing and turned to His Lord, and our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prostrated when He recited this verse as narrated by Ibn Abbas: "The prostration of Surat Sad is not a compulsory one but I saw the Prophet prostrating while reciting it", and as narrated by Alawwam: "I asked Mujahid regarding the prostration of Sad, he said I asked Ibn Abbas, What evidence makes you prostrate?, He said Don't you recite ''And among His progeny David and Solomon.......Those are the ones whom Allah has guided, so Follow their guidance" (Surat Alan'am Ayat 84,90), so David was the one of those Prophets whom Prophet Muhammad was ordered to follow, David prostrated, so Allah's Messenger performed this prostration too". So when David turned to His Lord and asked forgiveness, Allah forgave Him, and He will have a nearness position with His Lord on the day of resurrection and a good return which is high ranks in Paradise for his repentance and complete justice in His kingdom, then Allah said to Him: "O David! Indeed, We have made you a successor upon the earth, so Judge between the people with truth, and do not follow the whim so it will lead You astray from the way of Allah, indeed, those who go astray from the way of Allah, for them a severe punishment as they forgot the day of reckoning".

Allah says in the next three verses (27-29) "And We did not create the heaven and the earth and whatever is between them in vain, that is the conjecture of those who disbelieve, so woe to those who disbelieve from the fire, or we make those who believe and do righteous deeds like the corrupters on the earth or we make the righteous like the wicked, a blessed book which We have revealed to You that they may give thought over its verses, and so that those of understanding may remember", that is, Allah confirms that He did not create the heaven and the earth and whatever is between them in vain, rather He created them and subjected them to mankind so that He worships Allah, and He will gather them on the day of resurrection, but those who disbelieve think that it is only the worldly life as mentioned in Aya (24) of Surat Aljathiyah "And they say it is nothing but our worldly life, we die and live, and nothing destroys us except the time, and they have not any knowledge of that, they do nothing but make conjecture", thereupon, Allah threatens them with Hellfire on the day of resurrection, then Allah asked them as a sarcasm "Or We make those who believe and do righteous deeds like the corrupters on the earth or We make the righteous like the wicked", surely, they are not equal, the believers who do righteous deeds are not equal to those who cause corruption on the earth, nor are the righteous equal to the wicked who disbelieved in Allah and His Messengers, so the Hereafter is the abode of recompense and judgment between the servants after Allah has showed them the path of guidance and the path of misguidance, where He has revealed to His Messenger a blessed book which is the Holy Quran so that they may give thought over its verses and so that those of understanding remember, turn away from the path of misguidance, and follow what is in it of guidance and act according it.

Allah says in the next six verses (30-35) "And We gave David Solomon, an excellent servant, indeed, He was oft-turning, when standing steeds were displayed to Him in the evening, and He said, indeed, I preferred the love of the good over the remembrance of My Lord until it was hidden in the veil, Bring them back to me, and He started to pass over the legs and the necks, and indeed, We have tried Solomon, and threw on His throne a body, then He returned, He said My lord forgive Me, and grant Me a kingdom that will not belong to anyone after Me, indeed, You are the Oft-Giver", that is, Allah gave David His son Solomon, and He was an excellent servant as He was obedient and oft-turning to Allah, but when He was shown His horses in the evening and they were standing on three legs and the tip of the fourth hoof, He was preoccupied with it from the remembrance of Allah until the sun set where they used to glorify Allah in the evening and the sunrise as shown above, then He said return the horses to Me, and began to pass over its legs and its necks, perhaps He tied them with ropes from their legs and necks so that they would not occupy Him from the remembrance of Allah, then Allah tried Him and threw a body on His throne as Allah has given Him a child with an incomplete body, where Allah's Messenger said in narration of A bu Hurayrah: "Once Solomon, son of David said By Allah! Tonight I will have sexual intercourse with one hundred (or ninety-nine) women, each of them will give birth to a knight who will fight in the way of Allah, His companion said to Him say Inshaa Allah: If Allah wills, but He did not say inshaa Allah, therefore, only one of them conceived and gave birth to a half-man, By Him in whose Hands is the soul of Muhammad, if He had said inshaa Allah, He would have begotten sons, all of whom would have been knights striving in the way of Allah" (Sahih Albukhari 2819), thereupon the Prophet Solomon returned to Allah with repentance, and asked Allah's forgiveness as He said "My lord forgive Me, and grant Me a kingdom that will not belong to anyone after Me, indeed, You are the Oft-Giver", and Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said in narration of Abu Hurayrah: "Last night a demon from the Jinn came to Me, or the Prophet said a similar sentence, to disturb My prayer, but Allah gave Me the power to overcome him, I intended to tie him to one of the pillars of the mosque till the morning so that all of you could see him, but then I remembered the statement of My brother Solomon ''And grant Me a kingdom that will not belong to anyone after Me," the narrator added then He (the Prophet) dismissed him and rejected".

Allah answered Solomon's supplication as He says in the next five verses (36-40) "So we subjected the wind for Him to flow by His command gently wherever He directed, and the devils, every builder and diver, and others bound together in shackles, this is Our gift, so grant or withhold without account, and indeed, for Him is nearness with Us, and a good return", that is, Allah subjected the wind to Solomon, despite its speed and strength where its journey in the morning was equal to the journey of one month, and its journey in the afternoon was equal to the journey of another month as mentioned in Surat Saba' Aya (12), but it was neither stormy nor slow, and it was obedient to Solomon, running by His command wherever He directed it. Allah also subjected the devils to Him, from among them those who are used in the huge buildings that humans are not capable of, and among them was a group of divers in the seas extracting the pearls, jewels and precious things that are only found in the seas, and others bound in shackles who rebelled, disobeyed, and refrained from working. Then Allah said to Solomon, it is what We gave You of the complete kingdom and authority as You asked, so give whomever you wish and withhold whomever you wish, whatever You do, it is permissible for You and there is no reckoning on You, and Allah assures that He will have a nearness position with Him on the day of resurrection and a good return which is high ranks in Paradise.

Allah says in the next four verses (41-44) "And remember Our servant Job, when He called His Lord, indeed, Satan has touched Me with hardship and suffering, Strike with your foot, this is a cool bath and drink, and We granted Him His family and a like of them, a mercy from Us and a reminder for those of understanding, and take a bunch in Your hand, and beat with it, and do not break your oath, indeed, We found Him patient, an excellent servant, indeed, He was oft-turning", that is, Allah commanded His Messenger to remember the story of the Prophet Job (Ayyub), where Allah afflicted Him with harm in His body, His wealth, and His sons until there was nothing left for Him except His wife, and when the disease became prolonged and severe, He prayed to Allah to heal Him and to turn away the evil from Him as He said in Aya (83) of Surat Alanbeiya' "Indeed, the adversity has touched Me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful", so Allah responded to Him and removed what afflicted Him of adversity and He commanded Him to strike the ground with His foot, so a spring of water gushed out, then Allah commanded Him to drink and to bathe from it, and our Prophet said in narration of Abu Hurayrah: "While Job was naked, taking a bath, a swarm of gold locusts fell on Him, and He started collecting them in His garment, so His Lord called Him, O Job! Have I not made you rich enough to need what you see?, He said, Yes, O Lord! But I can not dispense with Your blessing", and Allah granted Him with His family and the like thereof along with them, a mercy from Allah for His patience and a reminder for those of understanding so that they may know that the consequence of patience over suffering and hardship is the blessing and the comfort. When Job got angry with His wife, He swore to beat her, so Allah commanded Him to take a handful of herb in order to beat her with it once so as not to break His oath, then Allah praised Him and said that He was patient over distress and hardships, and He was an excellent servant as He was obedient and oft-turning to Allah.

Allah says in the next four verses (45-48) "And remember Our servants Abraham and Isaac and Jacob the possessors of strength and sight, indeed, We chose them exclusively for remembrance of the abode, And indeed, with Us, they are among the chosen, the good ones, and remember Ishmael and Elisha and Dhul-Kifl, and each of the good ones", that is, Allah commanded His Messenger to remember His prophet Abraham, His son the Prophet Isaac, and His grandson the Prophet Jacob, where they were possessor of good deeds, useful knowledge, strength in worship, and strong insight in the religion, and Allah has chosen them exclusively for the remembrance of the Hereafter, so they worked for it and obeyed their Lord, in addition to reminding their people of the Hereafter, and calling them to obey Allah and to work for their eternal abode, and Allah praises them and says that they are among the chosen with their Lord and the good ones whom Allah has chosen to obey Him and to convey His message to His servants. Allah also commanded His Messenger to remember His Prophets Ismael, Elisha, and Dhul-Kifl, where they all were of the good ones whom Allah has chosen to obey Him and to convey His message.

Allah says in the next six verses (49-54) "This is a reminder, and indeed, for the righteous is a good return, gardens of Eden whose doors will be opened to them, reclining therein, calling therein for many fruits and drinks, and with them companions of modest gaze, equal in age, this is what you are promised for the day of reckoning, indeed, this is Our provision, for it there is no depletion", that is, Allah cites the stories of the Prophets in the Holy Quran as a reminder for Allah's Messenger and His Ummah to be patient over what they meet of afflictions and hardships, and to affirm that the righteous, who fear their Lord and do righteous deeds, will have a good return in the Hereafter as they will enter the garden of Eden, and Eden is one of the names of Paradise, and its gates will be opened to them, and they will recline on couches, and whatever they asked of fruits and drinks, they will find as they wants, they will have Houris who are equal in age, sincere to their husbands and of modest gaze who do not look to anyone other than their husbands, and this bliss is what Allah promised the righteous on the day of resurrection, and it is His provision for them which is endless and uninterrupted.

Contrary to the righteous, Allah states the conditions of the transgressors in the Hereafter in the next seven verses (55-61) "This, and indeed, for the transgressors is an evil return, Hellfire, they will burn therein, so wretched is the resting place, this, then let them taste it, boiling water and pus, and other of its type, pairs, this is a company bursting with you, no welcome for them, indeed, they will burn in the fire, they will say, rather you, no welcome for you, you brought this upon us, so wretched is the abode, they will say, our Lord, whoever has brought this upon us, Increase for him a double punishment in the fire", that is, the disbelievers and the transgressors who disbelieve in Allah and His messengers will have an evil return in the Hereafter for they will burn in the Hellfire and wretched is the resting place that they paved for themselves, and they do not drink in it cool that cools the heat of the blaze fire except boiling water, and no drink that quenches them because of their severe thirst except pus, and this is similar to Ayat (24,25) of Surat Alnaba', and they will taste various kinds of punishment, then the followers will follow their leaders into Hellfire as the wardens of Hellfire will say to the leaders "This is a company bursting with you", then the leaders will say "No welcome for them", indeed, they will burn in Hellfire, so the followers will say to their leaders "Rather you, no welcome for you", you brought the punishment upon us by misleading and calling us to disbelief and denying Allah's Messengers and books, so how wretched is the fate and the place of residence, then the followers will ask Allah to double the punishment for all those who misled them in the worldly life, but Allah will assure them that the punishment will be doubled for each of them as mentioned in Aya (38) of Surat Ala'araf "Our Lord these had misled us, so give them a double punishment of the Fire, He will say, for each is double, but you do not know".

Allah says in the next three verses (62-64) "And they will say, what is for us that we do not see men whom we used to count amongst the wicked, Did we take them in ridicule or the vision has turned away from them?, indeed, that is truth, the quarreling of the people of the fire", that is, the disbelievers will lose the believers in Hellfire and will wonder what happened that they do not see them in Hellfire; because they counted them amongst the wicked ones, and that they were on error, and they will wonder if they took them in mockery in the worldly life while they are on the straight path or if they are in Hellfire and they can not see them, then Allah assures that the quarreling of the people of Hellfire is truth where they will quarrel with each other and will curse each other.

Allah addresses His Messenger in the next six verses (65-70) "Say I am only a warner, and there is no God but Allah, the One, the Oft-Omnipotent, Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Almighty, the Oft-forgiving, Say it is great news, you are turning away from it, I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly when they were disputing, It has not been revealed to Me except that I am a clear warner", that is, Allah commanded His Messenger to say to the polytheists of Quraish that He is only a warner of Allah's Punishment for those who disbelieve in Him and make equals for Him, and to say that there no God but Allah, the One, the Oft-omnipotent who has no equals and He who conquered everything by His power, that He is the Lord of  the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, and that He is the Almighty who is Severe in His revenge on those who disobeyed Him but at the same time He is Oft-Forgiving who forgives those who repent, believe, and do righteous deeds. Allah also commanded Him to say that what He brought of the message of His Lord is great news, but they turn away from it, and do not believe in what it contains of Allah's proofs and signs, and to say that He had no knowledge of the exalted assembly of the Angels when they were disputing about the creation of Adam as it will come in the next verses but it has not revealed to Him except that He is a clear warner of Allah's punishment.

Allah says in the next four verses (71-74) "When Your Lord said to the Angels indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay, then when I have perfected him, and breathed into him from My Spirit, then fall down to him prostrating, so the Angels prostrated, all together, except Iblis, he was arrogant and became of the disbelievers", that is, Allah cites the story of creation of Adam, where Allah told the Angels before the creation of Adam that He is going to create a human being from clay, and He commanded them to prostrate to Adam when He finished and perfected his creation as a respect for Him and in compliance with Allah's command, so the Angels, all of them, prostrated except Iblis (Satan) because he was arrogant, and he was of the Jinn and departed from the command of his Lord as mentioned in Surat Alkahf Aya (50), so he became of the disbelievers.

Allah says in the next four verses (75-78) "He said O Iblis! What prevented you from prostrating to what I created with My Hand, are you arrogant or are you of the exalted ones?, he said I am better than him, You created me from fire and created him from clay, He said then Get out from it, indeed you are accursed, and indeed, upon you is My curse until the day of judgment", that is, Allah asked Iblis about what preventing him from prostrating to Adam whom He created with His hand, and whether His disobedience was out of his arrogance to prostrate to Adam or He was one of the exalted over Allah's command, but he was arrogant to prostrate to Adam for he claimed that he is better than Adam; because he was created from fire and Adam was created from clay, and the fire is better than the clay in his claim for it burns the clay, thereupon, Allah expelled him from Paradise and from His mercy until the day of resurrection and said to him "Get out from it, indeed you are accursed, and indeed, upon You is My curse until the day of Judgment".

Allah says in the next seven verses (79-85) "He said my Lord then respite me until the day they are resurrected, He said, indeed, you are of those given respite, until the day of the known time, he said then, by Your might, I will surely seduce all of them, except Your chosen servants among them, He said then the truth, and the truth I say, surely I will fill the Hellfire with you and those who follow you from among all of them", that is, Iblis asked Allah not to die, and to delay him until the day of resurrection, so Allah delayed Him until the known time which is the day on which all creation will die, but when he was safe of destruction, he rebelled and swore by Allah's Might that He will lead the children of Adam astray and will seduce them all by the pleasures of the worldly life except those whom Allah has purified for His worship, and whom He has protected from misguidance as mentioned in Aya (65) of Surat Alisraa "Indeed over My servants you have no authority, and Sufficient is Your Lord as a Guardian", then Allah assures him that He says the truth that He will fill the Hellfire with him and those who follow him from among the children of Adam, altogether in Hellfire on the day of resurrection.

Allah addresses His Messenger in the last three verses (86-88) "Say I do not ask you any wage for it, nor am I of those who make affectation, it is nothing but a reminder to the worlds, and surely you will know its news after a time", that is, Allah commanded His Messenger to say to the polytheists that He does not ask them a wage for conveying the message of Allah, and that He is not of those who make affectation; as he does not increase nor decrease what Allah has sent Him with, He only tells them what Allah has revealed to Him, and as narrated by Masruq: "We came upon Abdullah Bin Mas'ud and he said: O people! If somebody knows something, he can say it, but if He does not know it, he should say "Allah knows best", for it is a sign of having knowledge to say about something which one does not know "Allah knows best", Allah said to His Prophet "Say I do not ask you any wage for it, nor am I of those who make affectation". Then Allah commanded His Messenger to assure them that the Holy Quran is a reminder to the worlds of the Jinn and the human beings, and they will know its reality and its truthfulness after a while, on the day of resurrection.
