Does repentance of the murderer will be accepted?

Allah states that the believer is not allowed to kill his believing brother under any circumstances, as He said in Surat Alnesa'a aya 92:

"It is not for a believer to kill any believer, except by mistake, and whoever kills a believer by mistake, then a believing slave has to be freed, and the blood money paid to his family, unless they give up their right as charity, and if he (the victim) belongs to a people hostile to you and is a believer and is a believer then a believing slave has to be freed, and if he (the victim) belongs to a people between whom and you  there is, then, blood money is to be paid to his family, and a believing slave to be freed, and whoever does not find, one has to fast for two consecutive months, this is a relenting from Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise".

There is two types of killing: the intentional killing, and the accidental killing, each of them consists of four forms as following:

1- the intentional or accidental killing of a Muslim.
2- the intentional or accidental  killing of a Dhimmi (non- Muslim resident of a Muslim state).
3- the intentional or accidental killing of a person with whom there was a pact of peace.
4- the intentional or accidental killing of a belligerent disbeliever.

As for the accidental killing, Allah Azza wa Galla states how the one who kills by mistake can repent: he must set free a believing slave, and submit compensation (blood money) to the deceased's family, or he fasts two consecutive months if he does not find a slave to free.

But as for the intentional killing will the repentance of those who commit intentional murder will be accepted?.

The majority of scholars of the earlier and later generations said that: the killer’s repentance can be accepted, if he repents and goes back to Allah humbly, submissively, and performing righteous deeds, then Allah will change his evil deeds into good deeds and compensate the deceased for his loss by rewarding him for his suffering.

Allah Almighty says in Surat Alfurqan ayat 68-70: and those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah forbidden to be killed, except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse and whoever should do that will meet a penalty, multiplied for him is  the punishment on the day of resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated, except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work for them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good, and ever is Allah Forgiven and Merciful.

Also there is another evidence in Surat Alzumar aya 53, which supports that, Allah knows best, Allah said: O my servants who have transgressed against themselves (by sinning), do not despair of   the mercy of Allah, indeed, Allah forgives all sins, indeed, it is He who the Forgiving, the merciful. Also Allah says in Surat Alnesa'a aya 48: indeed,  Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills.

It is confirmed in the two Sahihs that an Israeli killed one hundred people, then he asked a scholar: is it possible for me to repent?. The scholar said: what is there that would prevent you from repentance?, so he told him to go to another land where Allah was worshipped, he began to emigrate to it but died on the way, but the angel of mercy was the one to take him.
